Homemade Chili and Texas Toast!

And DD#2 will pick me up for lunch today, and then she's spending the night tonight so we can just hang out and giggle. Oh - and cook! We love to get in the kitchen and whip up something good! Might make a cake or brownies or something for dessert!

I am ready to go home............is it time to go yet????????????? Darn.......its' not even lunch time yet................

Either leftover chicken cacciatore with rice or leftover swiss steak with buttered noodles. I couldn't decide yesterday, so made both last night. By the time both were done, I was full from "tasting and tweaking". LOL

I'll do that Olive Garden Toscana soup tonight... been wanting to make it for days, but we had leftovers to finish!

We even lit a small fire in the fireplace last night. Chilly here!!

Maybe I'll make Babe some homemade bread too...
