I'm making chicken cacciatore over penne, texas toast, and salad. For dessert I bought a pumpkin cream cake that looks yummy.

It's cold, rainy and all-around YUK here.
So staying in and having whatever DH is cooking - coz I'm not!!!!!

Just got home, not cooking, SO will get some kind of take out in a little while.
My girlfriend made Tuscan chicken patties for lunch. So very good, I got the recipe and I will post it in T &T when I have time.
