Just got home, not cooking, SO will get some kind of take out in a little while.
My girlfriend made Tuscan chicken patties for lunch. So very good, I got the recipe and I will post it in T &T when I have time.

I'm making chicken cacciatore over penne, texas toast, and salad. For dessert I bought a pumpkin cream cake that looks yummy.

I have no idea, but I imagine it's going to involve mashed potatoes and brown gravy after reading the mashed potato thread in Recipe Requests. LOL
