every time I hear that word "gizzards" I think of times when my mom and dad would go out and get a box of them, back when I was a little squid I never liked them, but I knew they did and that made me happy back then

I have a Grandson that will be starting college next year and this will be a great idea for sending him away with a crock pot & recipes...lol!
I love all the recipes and the way that they categorized them in sections...awesome.
