8 jars of pasta sauce??? I want to start using them, but , just coming off of a carb. laden Thanksgiving, I'm out of ideas on how best to use. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help. Laura

I could use a jar or two right now...lol
I made a jam-up Spaghetti Sauce last night and there isn't quite enough left over for tonight....
Uses?
You could spread it on french bread and make pizza?
Make Spaghetti?
Use it in meatloaf?
Brown ground meat onion & garlic, drain, add a can of drained green beens, pour some sauce, simmer about 15 minutes, top with mashed taters and bake? Add cheese.
Use as a dipping sauce for cheese stix or french bread?
Has that helped any? Lol!

I like to put it over chicken breasts, and bake w/a slice of provolone on top.

all excellent ideas, thanks. the eggplant parm just came to me as well, and yummo for the chicken! what about grilled veggies? not too sure how that'll play out!
