I've read a few times where you said that you have vanishing posts. It has happened to me several times too. I usually do not re post it because I'm afraid it may show up eventually and I will look like a loon. Wonder where the vanishing posts go. Any ideas?

I hit the refresh button and make sure it hasnt posted before reposting ...I dont get it ...I will be typing along and it is just gone!! they must get deleted somehow ...just that the 'how' part drives me nuts and thats not good on a full moon day you know, lol

Do you post your message & then hit the "back" arrow to get back to the list of threads like on old board? I found that if you do that, the message will not get posted. Definitely one function of the old board I miss

This happens to me sometimes even when there is not a full moon. Sometimes it disappears in the middle of my reply and sometimes when I hit reply, it is just gone. No big deal, because I'm not posting anything significant anyway. I've just always wondered if there is a "catch all" for missing posts.

Mine mainly vanish when I am still typing out a reply ...I dont think they go anyplace but are deleted.

Okay ...I just hit several keys and it did not go anyplace, it is a mystery to me still!

I belong to a message board where the members posts are generally very wordy. If someone writes a reply that is too long, it disappears. Most members post 3 or 4 consecutive replies so that they don't disappear.

I learned from posting the recipes on here from the old board that the post cannot be over 1,000 words long.
