  • POGO sticks, anyone remember them

My DD just received a pogo stick and I did it!! I am almost 40 but still could jump!! Too funny! Anyone have them when they were little?

Are they a metal stick with handles to hold onto and pads to put your feet on and jump with?

LOL!!!! your braver than me....no really me and my sis used to fight over ours. craziest thing is nobody wanted to jump until it was being used!

Sounds like fun, I have exercised so much in the past week I am sore almost all over.

LOL, my son had a giant one and it was a blast.....I can still jump a few times on it before I fall over. He was an expert. Hubby can still do it well.

I tried one when I was a kid and would have broken my neck I guess if we hadnt had floor pads down on both sides of us. No way - I am wayyyy too uncoordinated to give that a try again!

My best friend had one when I was younger. When my kids got thiers about 10 years ago it amazed them that I could do it (it's like riding a bike-you never forget). I just love doing that to them.

My DD had one that we sold a few years ago at a yard sale. I did it in the driveway and wet my pants... haha

I could not do it when I was 13 much less 35.
