Question about New Boards

I am starting this thread as an opportunity for anyone who has a question regarding the change in CK message boards to air their questions and get help.

For starts, I have a question regarding the private messages stored in the former boards. Are those gone forever or are they going to be somehow put into our private message box here (thinking of which, is there a private messaging thing in the new CK boards?")? If someone could help answer that for me, that would be excellent!

Don'task, You have your pm option turned off.

I believe PM's that were left on the old board will be lost. Actually messages should be able to be saved. I am going to work on that this week.

I'm not sure how to use the quick reply. I also can't get my signature line to show.

bennet, the quick reply is in the bottom right corner, click on it, and type in the box.

bennet, in each post on the bottom right, is an icon of a page and pen. One says quote and the other is for quick replies!! Try it out!!

Well thank you very much. I was confused because when I have replied, there is a subject line, like it is a new post. Thank you all again. About my signature line----I don't see it on any of my posts.

That's it hunebe. But, I don't see it anywhere. I see others and they are in red print. What color is mine?

I don't see anyone's either, bennet. If I click on your name and your profile, I can see it, but not on the board. Wonder why?

Bennet I can still see yours, it is black. Fatkat has her's in red so far she is the only one who has a red sig.

Also when the boards first got up I posted in comic sans font...there was a choice as if you were writting a e mail, I havent seen it since.

Think it is still being fixed up really.

I can see a bunch of them. Mine is in Comic Sans and it is green. I had it red first, but changed it an hour ago. That is funky.
