Do you always wear the same things over and over? I have 4 HUGE storage tubs full of clothes I never want to wear. I am always wearing the same things over and over week after week. I could go shopping and buy 30 outfits ( right after I robbed a bank but that's besides the point) and wear them all- choose a few "favorites" out of it all and not want to wear anything else but those. I was just wondering if I am the only one that gets stuck in that rut.

I do too.
I wear the same things over and over. I could throw 3/4 of my clothes away and never miss them, but I just can't bring myself to do it!Visit my blog at: http://midlifemotherhood45.blogspot.com/

Me 2
I 2 Wear The Same Things Over And Over. I Hate To Go Shopping And If I Do Go Shopping I Will Not Try Anything On Until I Get Home--and Then I Usually End Up Taking Everything Back For Some Reason. I Have Also Been Know To If I Catelog Shop To Order Two Different Sizes And Either Send Once Or Both Back--depending On If I Like How It Fits.SHEL

I have clothes that I wear over and over also. I only have one pair of blue jean shorts I love, and I'm famous for coming home for the day and throwing them in the washer so that I can wear them the next day. LOL.A good friend will come and bail you out of jail.... but a true friend will be sitting next to you saying, "Damn, that was fun!"

When I worked in an upscale corporate office years ago, I wouldn't wear the same thing twice in one month. Usually 3 months. It was a time of "clothes competition", a time when it was critical to always wear something new and different, because people sure talked. Now that I work in a much smaller company and it is casual, I tend to wear the same things over and over. However, I don't shop til I drop like I used to.
Shel, when I do shop for clothes, I do the same as you, never try anything on at the store, and then end up taking most back. I screwed myself last month though. I spent almost $400.00 on clothes, ( I had 3 weddings and 2 funerals and 2 showers ). I didn;t like much of it and when I went to return it, I could not get my money back, only a due bill, which I didn't want. I'll never do that again. The policy was written very small at the counter and I never noticed it.
