Baked asparagus in a brown butter balsamic sauce

    INGREDIENTS:
    1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
    cooking spray
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

    DIRECTIONS:
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Arrange the asparagus on a baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray, and season with salt and pepper.
Bake asparagus 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until tender.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until its brown. Remove from heat, and stir in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Pour over the baked asparagus to serve.

    OHHHHHH SOOOO GOOD!

I finally decided on garlic marinated grilled pork chops, maybe garlic noodles, broccoli and a side salad.

I'm trying the pizza steaks I saw on Mr. Food this morning, some green beans and either glazed carrots or carrots with onion and basil and lemon cake for dessert.

I'm having Nommies recipe for WW Zucchini Pie, hearts of palm salad, and Crustless Strawberry Pie for dessert (if I can find my pudding I need to make it with..if not, will just have strawberries for dessert).
