In a crock pot I add 16 oz of frozen corn, a block of cream cheese, a stick of butter and 1T sugar and cook on high for 4 hours, just stir it up every now and then. You can easily double the corn and not the other ingredients. I find if you triple the corn you want to add another block of cream cheese. I have to make a ton because people really love it for some reason, to me its just ok. There are never left overs.
