One of Cadillac Jack's. It was a Mexican style casserole with instant rice, taco sauce, Hamburger meat, corn tortillas, cheese. I know I got it from here and too many recipes to sift through to find it. Does anyone remember that recipe or know what it's under?

I agree with y'all about minute rice ugh. I cook my rice before using it in a recipe. Reducing liquid in the recipe.
I wonder which recipe GayleTX used.???Comment

Allie, the only way I make it is with regular rice. That Minute Rice is nasty. I cook 1 cup rice in 2 cups broth.Comment
