I can finally move today. My face was so swollen like a water balloon and my glands were killing me. Today I am just sneezing and watery eyes. At least I was able to get out of bed and move. I took the dog for a walk at 5:30 because no one is out at that time and the fresh air helps. Of course with the heat today I will be stuck inside I am sure. Thanks for thinking about me.Comment

You are welcome muz. I am happy seeing you post as I was getting worried about you. Take it slow and easy so you don't rebound. Yes, stay in out of the heat. It is horrid out.

holy...wish this damn covid would just go away. Hope you're on the mend muzette I know of a few ppl tht got covid 2nd time around too, and it was way worse than 1st...guessing maybe omicrom?A balanced diet is a cookie in both hands
