July 14th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is a partly sunny sky, and the humidity has finally taken a short reprieve for steaming people like they are lobsters. The high will be 78 and the low of 62.

I have some beautiful peppers that are begging that they be dinner tonight so stuffed peppers it is along with jasmine rice, applesauce and plums.

Stuffed peppers sound wonderful. I don’t have a clue what I will fix but am leaning towards enchiladas or tacos.

It’s been another pretty day today, about mid 70’s. I’ve been doing little busy work things around the house, hanging some pictures in the guest room, reorganizing the linen cupboard, etc. Nothing terribly exciting, just needed to be done.

I’m going to make a bacon, smoked Turkey, tomato and avocado sandwich and have a salad with it. Dessert is going to be a couple Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake ice cream bars.
