July 15th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is a cloudless, sunny sky with the high of 82 and the low of 61.

DGS asked if the leftover stuffed peppers could be morphed into stuffed pepper soup and that is easy enough. He made a peanut butter pie last night so he will have some of that also.

What will be your Friday night dinner?

Pretty day so far, but it's early "they" say high low 80s so for now house is open.

New recipe, chicken Caesar pasta salad. It's from the blog this is not diet food. Going to use leftover parm ranch chicken.

It was bright and sunny earlier but it has really gotten cloudy with a chance of sprinkles this evening. Good, my front lawn needs some water! I’ve been doing some little chores today, nothing too strenuous. I took a little nap earlier, phone call from the vet woke me up. They let me know Abby’s insulin prescription was ready so I went down and picked it up. Not much else is happening today.

I’m going to reheat the other Frikadellen pattie and have some leftover spaetzel and yellow squash with it. What are you having for dinner tonight?
