Good Morning!

It is a clear sky, a little more humid but not bad, with the high of 83 and the low of 65.

BBQ chicken on a baked potato along with choice of toppings, slaw, cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices from the garden and plums.

What will be your dinner?

Cooking is my stress relief so I am cooking up a storm today. I have bread rising, garlic butter confit in the oven with a corned beef. I also got a load of tomatoes so I have a pot of sauce cooking with some beef shanks in it. Corned beef sandwiches and a side of pasta, defiantly feeling like a fat girl today.

Another beauty day!
I'm not sure what's going on here for dinner. We were supposed to go in to watch Kian while Mommy & Daddy go out for a date nite, but hubby is still not feeling wonderful. I told son he may have to look for a back-up sitter if we can't go. I was hoping to pick up a pizza to take with us or some KFC. Looking more like we will be staying home, so hubby will have to let me know what he feels up to eating.

It’s quite a bit cooler today than it was yesterday, much appreciated! I was awakened early this morning by the crew from Ziply Fiber, they wanted to let me know they’d be laying the fiber optic cable under my lawn and driveway. The final installation is Monday. They’re putting fiber optic in all over town, no charge for the installation and a free month of service, and the monthly charge is quite a bit less that what I pay now. I also found out that I qualify for the ACP program due to low income, so I’ll probably have free or almost free Internet service! Sure beats $115 a month! Not much else going on today.

I’m going to make one of my favorite No Brainer dinners tonight…Shake and Bake pork chop, Stove Top Stuffing and roasted asparagus.
