September 15th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is a lovely morning with a sunny sky and the high of 73 and the low of 56.

Dinner will be the last of the broccoli and cheese cream soup, chicken salad sandwich and custard.

It is a nice sunny day here, but quite chilly. High of 17
Time for craving some fall foods...dinner today is whole roasted chicken, roasted taters/carrots, gravy and Stove Top. I don't bother making stuffing for such little chickens.

It’s definitely heading for fall now, pleasantly cool outside. It was quite cool last night and when I put Abby out for her final potty before bed Mendi hot footed it in to the house and found a comfy spot to sleep. Honestly she’s one of the sweetest cats I’ve ever had. I got the car sale money deposited today and cancelled the insurance on it, then went to my favorite used book store and picked up a few books. I’m going to go out and sweep out the garage in a bit and then I’m going to start parking on the 2 car garage side.

I got a whole chicken seasoned and wrapped yesterday and I’m going to cook it on the rotisserie in my convection oven/air fryer and I’m going to make some mixed vegetables and half a baked potato with it.
