    September 22nd Dinner Post

    Good Morning!

    Today is the first day of fall!! How time flies!!

    It is overcast and after the afternoon storm yesterday it got so muggy that today's cooler weather of a high of 63 and the low of 50 is welcome. There is a chance of more rain off and on today.

    Shrimp and garlic over pasta, salad and garlic bread will be dinner. The vampires should stay away!!

    What will be your dinner?

    I have leftover pot roast for my dinner this evening.

      Sure feels/smells like Fall today, only a high of 10 here. Hubby let the furnace run thru once this morn before I got up and heated my coffee up a tad more lol. So glad that I got in for my last swim of the season yesterday.
      Seeing that it is a chilly day, I thought a pot of chili would be suiting...I will dig out some buns from the freezer and make some garlic butter to go alongside.
      A balanced diet is a cookie in both hands

        It started out quite cool and cloudy but it has cleared up somewhat now. I got a much needed haircut this afternoon, it had really gotten out of control in 6 weeks. I scheduled my next one for 7 weeks, just about a week before I head to CA.

        I’m making a turkey burger for my dinner tonight and I’ll have some fresh nectarines with it.​
