September 25th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

Rain woke me in the middle of the night and the sky looks like it is breaking up somewhat. Rain is predicted off and, on all day with the high of 67 and the low of 54.

DGS said he will make sub sandwiches that will go nicely with the last of the soup he served yesterday and will heat up the baked apples as a side.

What will be your dinner this evening?

Chilly, windy low 60s. Sunny then cloudy.
seems like a good day for pancakes and sausage.

We were at the lake house for a few days. It was nice to light the wood burner and just watch the cold rainy dreary weather. We just picked up Mexican on the way home because I do not feel like cooking.

It’s another very pretty day today, temperature in the mid 70’s. I got my yard done today, I’m going to have to do some serious thinking on getting the trees trimmed up, they’re really overgrown.

I took a package of the yogurt curry chicken I made awhile back out of the freezer and took a package of the basmati pilaf I made at the same time out too, so that’s going to be dinner. I think I’ll have the last nectarine with it.
