I just saw your sausage/potato casserole and wondered if you thought onion, celery and garlic would taste good in it? I would cook the veggies in with the sausage. I am thinking it would give it a more intense savory flavor. I would add about that much celery, that much onion and 1 or 2 cloves of garlic depending on size.

I'm fine. Just been eating outta the freezer. Doing another blitz. 
ya can add whatever. Next time I think I will play around.
