October 3rd Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is a sunny morning with the wind finally dying down. It was gusting so hard at times yesterday I am surprised some trees did not get uprooted as wet as the ground is. It will be a mostly sunny day with the high of 63 and the low of 43.

I think hamburgers, sweet potato oven fries and applesauce will be dinner.

I have a pot of beans going and will grill some brats to go with it.

Chilly morning, sun shining!
Chicken divan and tossed salad is on the menu for today...I have a small chicken that I will air fry for the meal.

It’s surprisingly warm for October right now, normally it’s jacket weather by now but it’s t-shirt weather today. We were so busy yesterday and last night. Between Joshua and Steve the garage is pretty empty now. Josh took one full set of rollaway tool boxes and Steve has got the other set, the Quick Jack lift and the air compressor all loaded up in his vehicle. Josh left last night. It was so nice having him here. Steve and I went up to Costco and got his membership card and looked around, I bought a book I’ve been eagerly awaiting for paperback release. Steve likes to check out guitar shops so I let him use my car to go back to Burlington and check a big one up there. He’s quite the musician and plays in 3 different bands.

I’m going to make tomato Angel hair pasta with chicken in it instead of shrimp and we’ll have some salad with it and cake for dessert.
