October 4th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is overcast with the sun working on making an appearance for a mostly sunny day with the high of 64 and the low of 47.

The fridge needs cleaned out of leftovers so DGS will get his favorite meal of different choices. I will make a fruit salad and use up different fruit.

What will be your dinner tonight?

Sheet pan keilbasa with roasted veggies. Boring but quick and easy.

Sunny 72 light breeze. Perrrrrfect.
salmon patties, cheesy creamed potatos. I have various veggies left from the soup so we'll clean those up.

What a change from yesterday! Foggy this morning and kind of chilly all day. I had the ADT technician out today and I finally have all my cameras hooked up to WiFi again. Steve and I have basically been goofing off most of the day, nice and relaxing.

I’m taking Steve out for dinner for his birthday tonight, hard to believe he’s 54 years old now! We’re going out for Mexican food at Ixtapa.

Well, it dawned as a foggy morning and turned out to be so lovely! We had to go in to town for hubs to get lab work done for up coming surgery.
I was going to do the stand by frozen veal cutlet meal today as I'm not feeling well. We decided to clean out the fridge for dinner instead.
