    October 9th Dinner Post

    Good Morning!

    What a beautiful sunny day with the high of 63 and the low of 47.

    DGS has asked for grilled cheese sandwiches along with the split pea and ham soup.

    What will be your dinner?

    I am wishing that I had pulled out meat to fix a meatloaf. I know I have much I can prepare a meal with so I may go with a baked potato today.

      It was chilly when I left this morning, in the mid 40’s. I went to a women’s self defense class from 8 AM to 1 PM, learned a lot of stuff and it kicked my butt for sure. Needless to say I was the oldest one in the classs! I signed up for a handgun handling course later this month too. After I finished there I stopped at Safeway for some bread and Crystal Light and a few other items. Right now I just want to kick back with my feet up.

      Dinner? Good question. I’m leaning toward either a grilled cheese or a BLT with avocado and some soup of some kind.​
