    Good Morning!

It is a wonderful sunny morning with the high of 72 and the low of 54.

Dinner will be baked potatoes with taco meat and the toppings leftover from the tacos. Easy and delicious.

    What are you having tonight?
Heritic, rebel, a thing to flount,
He drew a circle that shut me out.
But love and I had the wit to win,
We drew a circle that took him in.

Windy sunny 52° with a high in low 70s. I love this time of year ! Just got a load on the line. Should dry quickly.
I'm thinkin scalloped potatos with spam. I can hear most saying EEWWW. If ya chop and brown it it's not yucky in potatos.

Hubs is bringing something home for dinner so it will probably be Mexican. We bought another house in Rodgers Ohio so we are leaving tomorrow morning and going to the lakehouse to check it out.

I think that is where they have a big flea market once a week that is really big. At least they did in the past. Not sure but might be worth checking into.

It’s a much nicer day today, looks like the sea breeze blew the smoke back to the east. I did get my windshield fixed today, it looks great and hardly shows. It was just beginning to spread a bit. The young man that did it was really nice and explained exactly what he was doing. We even talked about cooking while he was working. He asked me if he could give me a hug when he left and I thought that was nice.

I’m trying out a recipe for Mississippi chicken tonight. It’s got the same ingredients as Mississippi pot roast (Ranch mix, a packet of au jus mix, pepperoncinis and juice, onions and butter) and it’s cooking away in the Crock Pot. It smells so good! I’m going to make mashed potatoes and a salad with it.
