Good Morning!

It is mostly cloudy with the chance of rain moving in later and the high of 72 and the low of 50.

Mac and cheese along with green beans, pickled beets and a fruit salad will be dinner.

Your dinner sounds great. I am still trying to decide what to cook for my dinner. I will likely bake a potato and fix salad.

It’s been a really pretty day today, bright and sunny, mid 60’s. I’ve been kind of lazy today, did a bit of tidying and then got caught up on a couple of shows I recorded. I need to start rearranging some stuff in the garage, but there’s no hurry on that.

I’m going to heat up the other apple baked pork chop that I made and have some quinoa and brown rice and some mixed vegetables with it.

I accidentally bumped the front of my stove this evening somehow the oven door locked it took me a bit to figure out the steps to unlock it but I did get it done. That is my second challenge of the week with appliances. It took me forever to set the clock on the Microwave. Got that done thankfully as I was considering buying a new one. Darn microwaves are necessary but this one is a pain.

Setting the clock on a microwave is not that hard or difficult. Read the manual if you have one. Push the clock button , key in the time , and push the clock button again. That is how it works on my microwave.
