October 15th Dinner Post

Where oh where has my sunshine gone? It is so dark and dreary out and the wind kept me awake last night it was blowing so hard and howling, literally, so loud it was eerie sounding. The high will be 57 and the low of 41. The rain will clear out by this afternoon and hopefully the sun will come out and play.

I pulled meatballs from the freezer, put in the crockpot with some sauce for meatball sandwiches, salad and baked apples will be dinner.

What is the meal that you will be having?

It's stinkin cold. High in the mid 50s.
have a pkg burger thawed. Have to use it so boring hamburger gravey and mashed. Probably peas for Joe.

It’s been a nice day, still hazy from smoke though. We seriously need some rain here soon. It’s been a lazy day for me, not much of anything needed to be done at all. Tomorrow I’ll be getting some of the trees in the back yard trimmed up, they really need it.

I’m making a fried and breaded cube steak and I made a mini batch of my granddaughter’s MIL’s sweet potato casserole to go with it. I think I’ll have some asparagus with it.
