    Good Morning!

There is a bright orb in the sky, wait, could that be the sun? I do believe it is! What a welcome sight even if the wind is still being the music the leaves are dancing and twirling with. It will be mostly sunny with the high of 64 and the low of 48.

Salmon patties, baked sweet potatoes, and roasted broccoli will be dinner along with more of the pie DGS made.

What will be your dinner this Friday?
Heritic, rebel, a thing to flount,
He drew a circle that shut me out.
But love and I had the wit to win,
We drew a circle that took him in.

I was out in Amish country all morning getting some errands done. I have to meet the tree guys at 2 when I really just want to crawl in bed and sleep. Stuffed pork chops and brussel sprouts for dinner.

We have sun shine today, so welcome! Tomorrow and Sunday are supposed to high temp of 19! I'll be hanging laundry on the line for sure.
Today is our day to look after Kian. We have a meet-up with some friends at Legion at 5pm, I won't have much time beforehand to cook much of anything, so I will go to store later and pick up a few frozen pizza's for later. They are on sale for $2.99, which I've never known them be on sale so cheap.

Nice day here today. I weeded my closet some. I have far too many things that no longer fit me. I have a purple dress that still fits me that I wear for my red hats group. I have it hanging so I ca wear it with a scarf that has Holloween pumpkins in the design. My Granddaughter is having a Holloween/gender reveal party for her sister.

        enjoy your day

We got rain this morning! Yay! We’re expecting more over the next few days, so glad for that. As soon as the rain started Mendi was at the door wanting in. It’s been chilly today, I finally had to turn on the heat just enough to take the chill off. Jeremy came out and trimmed all my trees today, bundled them up and took them to the local center that makes mulch. I can’t believe how much visibility I have now. He’ll be back tomorrow to get all the leaves and twigs into the green barrels for me and do some general clean up.

I’m going to make a cheeseburger and a small Caesar salad for dinner.

We had Andrew from early morning until 7pm, most of the time at our house and from 5-7pm at his house. I was mentally worn out, mainly because Andrew never stops talking but I love our conversations and he's incredibly funny. We played board games for most of the day: Trouble... Snakes and Ladders... Dinosaur eggy... and most of the time Andrew won.

I cooked dinner when we got home at around 9pm. Leftover mashed potato, pan fried chicken parma with added peas and onion for John and corn and alfalfa for me.

I remember you telling me that your daughter had a nanny for Hannah. Couldn't she have also taken care of Andrew for one day ? That is a long time to babysit. Mentally and physically.

Normally the nanny would have cared for him, however Andrew was sick, his Mum was at a conference and his Dad was working on a deadline of yesterday. Andrew was fine with us. Physically I don't have to do anything for him and as for his constant talking, I've never met a 6yo boy who didn't talk non-stop...
