October 30th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is a beautiful sunny morning with the high of 65 and the low of 52.

I am feeling like an orphan lately but that means DGS is having fun with his friends.

Dinner will be the leftover sheet pan from last night that I am making a hash out of along with adding in a diced chicken tender I pulled from the freezer.

What will be your Sunday dinner?

Hubs got stuffed pork chops from the butcher shop. Mashed potatoes and broccoli casserole will go with and pineapple cupcakes. I am making enough to pack up dinner and drop to my mom and my mil since we dont really do many Sunday dinners anymore.

Oooooh this lovely weather we've been having is really getting to hubby, he's grumpy cuz he can't go outside and poke around in the yard! Swelling going down, pain is getting to be more tolerable YES!
Dinner will be clean up the leftovers day for us

It’s a cold and rainy day today, giving much needed moisture to all the lawns around here. They’re definitely getting green again. Not much happening here today at all, all the house stuff is done so I’ve been catching up on some shows I’ve recorded and doing some reading.

I’m going to make a turkey burger tonight and some baked beans to go with it.
