    Good Morning!

It is so dark out and the rain is falling along with cold temps with a high of 35 and the low of 25 and high winds.

This is a perfect day for potato and ham soup, corn bread waffles and baked apples.

What will be your dinner this evening?

LTB our weather is the same with temps and wind. We have bright sun tho. Went out to feed and I swear the wind sucks the air right outta me. But I need to move
I'm thinkin ceaser chicken. I've never made it but after Charlene mentioned it I've been wanting to do it.
LTB. I found the cheesecake pudding YAY bought 6 boxes lol. So will be doing an eclair dessert soon. Maybe for Christmas

Hubs and I went to breakfast this morning, then I had some errands to run. It sure is windy as heck out there with the rain coming at you sideways. It defiantly called for Starbucks to keep me warm! Making turkey and dumplings for dinner, its that kind of cold day.

        rosie,

Good job on the pudding. It is so good DGS and I think. Let me know if you and Joe like it. I sure hope so.

I am so wiped out today! It felt good to be in my own bed last night, really glad I put the fleece sheets and heavy blanket on before I left, they felt great. It’s cold today, a lot of the snow from yesterday is melted, but I think more is expected. Mendi slept in my neighbor’s garage last night and she was out in their backyard when I opened up the back door this morning and she came flying over the fence to greet us. She’s been on my lap and in my face ever since. Abby is happily stretched out on the couch enjoying her sleep. She was so good the whole trip and she held her own with Steve’s 8 dogs. I took Steve down to Marysville to pick up a rental car and he’s on his way back now. The flight he thought he’d miss was cancelled because the crew couldn’t get to the airport so he got reimbursed for that.

Dinner…good question. I think I’ll heat up a package of Beecher’s macaroni and cheese and have two Aidell’s bacon and pineapple sausage with it and some frozen veggies to be determined when I go out to the freezer.

Charlene... your trip away sounds like a very happy time. 8 dogs? wow!

We have been using Julia's camping BBQ and enjoying not cooking inside. We haven't used our new one as yet because... long story but basically the regulator that goes on the gas bottle has changed with the new models of BBQs and we needed to use up the old style bottle we had just filled. Last night I cooked chicken wings and dry baked potatoes for our dinner. It was *really* good and very little cleanup in the kitchen.
