    Good Morning!

It is a glorious morning full of sunshine that is lovely seeing after all the high wind gusts yesterday and rain. It was so bitter from the blowing wind yesterday that this girl did not leave the house. The high will be 38 and the low of 28 with no wind gusts will make it a decent day with the sun.

I decided last night that salmon patties, baked sweet potatoes and peas would be dinner tonight.

    What will you be having?
Heritic, rebel, a thing to flount,
He drew a circle that shut me out.
But love and I had the wit to win,
We drew a circle that took him in.

    Good morning

It's sunny, 28° with very light wind. Thank GOD.
There was a whole organic chicken taking up alot of room in the fridge freezer. So that will be day 1 of the blitz. Roast chicken with garlic potatos and a veggie of some sort.
I pulled that thing out yesterday and saw a couple things I'd forgotten was in there. This will be interesting.

I intended to have a productive day at home, doing some more Christmas baking and cards, but my wrist is very sore today and cannot move my fingers that well. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day?
Dinner is homemade mac & cheese ....DS grated the cheese for me

It’s really cold today, highs in the mid 30’s. I woke up about 6:30 am to total darkness, seems there was a power failure in the area from a blown transformer. I saw the PUD employees working on the power lines across the street and power was back on at 10:30 am. I was very happy to hear the furnace kick in and be able to turn on the coffee pot! Not much else going on today.

I’m going to have the rest of the cheeseburger pasta and the side salad I got with my takeout last night for dinner.

You never know what you might find... *LOL* As I said before, I only have the small area above the fridge but I've screwed up even with that. Three containers have something orange in them. It's either pumpkin soup or apricot sauce. Commonsense would have been to label them...

LOL. Glad I'm not the only one. My mil once made chicken & noodles. When they sat down to eat she realized it was pineapple juice not chicken broth. ROFLOL even she was crackin up.
