December 12th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is overcast and will be cloudy all day with the high of 37 and the low of 27.

Sloppy joes, applesauce I pulled from the freezer and baked beans will be dinner.

What will be your dinner this Monday evening?

Good morning
It's another gray, gloomy day. Can't remember last time we saw sun. Oh well. This is the day the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glad in it. High of 40, low 30
Put beans in to soak last night. Ham & beans, fried cornbread. This will finish the hunk of ham.
was groaning to Joe that I couldn't decide what sweet thang I wanted. He suggested a honey bun cake so that's what I did. Been along time since I've made it. So good I can't stay out of it.

Gloomy day, but that's ok, I have candles lit and the tree lights on - I am in the final stages of decorating the tree. I will move on to making some banana muffins, then put a little pork roast in for dinner. Have not made one of those in a long time too!

It’s been mostly clear and dry today, but there are some dark clouds out there and it’s only about 41° right now and going into the 20’s overnight. I had intended to start baking cookies today but I just couldn’t get started on it. I definitely need to start tomorrow.

I’m going to heat up some of the chili-lime beef, cilantro rice and mixed vegetables for dinner tonight, it was so good Saturday and will probably be even better tonight.
