December 27th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is overcast and will be mostly cloudy today with the high of 28 and the low of 25. The temps will continue upward all week into the 50's if you can believe it!!! Soooo grateful for that.

Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes and corn will be dinner.

I can say ditto on your weather LTB.
we're still grazing today. We've wiped out alot but we'll work on ham today then I'll vacuum the remainder, and get back to non holiday food. I AM READY

Chefs salads for dinner, hubs will be working late tonight so its easy. I got the living room scrubbed down. I dont think I moved the sofas to mop behind them since Thanksgiving. Found at least a dozen dog toys so he is happy today. I managed to get plexiglass sheeting on the walls by the doors. The dog always paws there to go out and since I am sure the puppy will pick up that habit I am trying to protect the walls. We are going to pick her up Friday. I dont look forward to potty training, but it only took 10 days to teach the boy so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

It’s been a dark and wet day today, highs in the mid 40’s. More rain and wind expected tonight. I’m keeping fingers crossed that I don’t have any more fence damage. I really haven’t done anything of note today, tomorrow I really need to get some laundry done.

I took a half of a Costco rotisserie chicken out of the freezer and I’m going to make a package of cheesy scalloped potatoes and some kind of green veggie to go with them.
