Good Morning!

Yes, it is, it is the sun in a mostly clear sky and so very welcome. So welcome. The high will 46 and the low of 35. While I am sure people are welcoming the warming temps, 56 on Friday, it also brings a very real flooding issue and people have not yet got their power back on for pumping the water out. One nightmare on top of another.

DGS asked if I was making meatloaf and grilled cheese sandwiches and when I said yes, he was happy. Some tomato soup and a salad will be dinner.

I took out ground beef to make a small pot of chili. It sounded good to me and I had already taken out the seasonings necessary. We are having chili weather and a warm bowl of chili will be good.

It’s been cloudy and cool all day but dry for the most part. While it was raining yesterday I noticed that my big wind spinner had gotten knocked down by the wind and I picked it back up and put it back together today. It really got knocked for a loop and kind of bent but it’s fine now. I spent some time paying bills and doing some tidying up in the house got a start on the laundry this afternoon.

I’m going to heat up more of the tri tip I smoked and have some yellow squash and garlic bread with it.
