    Good Morning! Happy New Year!!!

Another year gone and a new one here.

It is cloudy and will be most of the day with the high of 48 and the low of 40.

I have pork chops that I will make stuffing for and put in them, brown and simmer in gravy that I will put carrots and onions in also, roasted broccoli and a pumpkin roll that I was gifted that DGS will devour with great gusto.

Are you having the traditional New Year's Day meal or making whatever is calling your name like I am?

Heritic, rebel, a thing to flount,
He drew a circle that shut me out.
But love and I had the wit to win,
We drew a circle that took him in.

    HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL
It's gray, foggy and chilly. High 46 low 38
Joe will have his traditional pork, sauerkraut and mashed potatos. He cooks it himself. There's a chunk of bubble pizza and 4 tenderloins leftover. I'll eat whatever I feel at the moment. Made a banana cake yesterday only cause had 3 over ripe bananas.

Happy New Year. It was very noisy last night at my home. I’m still tired. I will fix a light dinner this evening. I think my dog is ready for bed now. He is layin on top of my love seat back.

it will be a leftover night here this evening.

I made cabbage rolls today and layered sauerkraut on top. They were yummy. I spent the rest of the day mopping my floor 1000 times because of the mud. I am going to the feed mill tomorrow and buying a few bales of straw to spread in the yard.

Happy New Year! Let us hope this year is better than last year. 2022 was life changing for me in so many ways and I’m kind of glad to see it go. I was all set to watch The Rose Parade this morning and realized it was Sunday and when NYD falls on that day they move it to Monday. Well, I’ll watch it tomorrow! I ordered a Cubii mini elliptical exerciser that you can do sitting down from QVC and got it a few days ago. Today I did 14 minutes and 1000 steps which is major for me! I really need to get my legs and hips back to reasonable flexibility and I do think this will help me a lot. My DIL and I are going to take a “girl trip” in May and I’d like to be able to walk without as much pain.

Dinner…so many leftovers! I’m going to take the last chunk of tri tip out of the freezer and make a steak sandwich on an English muffin topped with garlic butter, Parmesan and Zatar seasoning and have another Caesar salad with it.

I understand why you were glad to see the end of 2022. I'm in awe of your courage, Charlene... (((((HUG)))))

I'm on my new computer. I have a lot of work to do on setting it up and transferring my files from the old one. When I have a chance later on I'll explore what new stuff comes with Windows 11.

Tiff and Immy have gone home so it's very quiet here again. Last night (1/1) we just had leftovers that were in the fridge. John had bacon, egg and baked potato. I had a meat pie and reheated chips.

Tonight (2/1) I'm not sure when we will eat. I ordered food from Woolworths to be delivered between 3pm and 6pm so we would have it for dinner. I checked the progress of my order and it's now being quoted as being between 7pm and 9pm. Hopefully we will eat by midnight
