January 4th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is dreary and raining still but at the moment not as hard as the last 24 hours. The high will be a very mild 59 and the low of 37.

I will be solo tonight so will have creamed tuna with peas over a baked potato along with a dish of strawberries and a banana for my dinner.

I'm going to attempt to put some of the Christmas decorations away. I've been randomly gathering stuff as I walk in/out of rooms. My least fav part is wrapping up S&P collection - this year I managed to get another 3 sets lol!
I also hope to boil down my turkey carcass and then make soup tomorrow.
Dinner will be leftover ham from Christmas - in freezer - and I'll make a small cheesy potato casserole and corn.
On the mend...still bit of cough and still lack of energy.

I don’t have a clue what to cook. I think I likely have leftovers I should use. Right now I would love a nap. Today has been busy

It’s been cool and cloudy today, rain and wind expected tonight and tomorrow. I tidied up the front porch today and cut back some of the foliage that died when it got frozen, I still need to do a bit more. I really didn’t do much else today, sinuses were giving me fits.

I’m going to heat up the other apple baked pork chop and have some mashed potatoes and veggies with it.
