Need assistance

I can't seem to delete messages in my inbox. I click on the box and go to delete and messages are still there.

Are you clicking in the square box in front of each message and then hitting the delete button? It will put a check mark so it knows which ones you want deleted. Hope I made sense, if not come on back!!!

I, too, have one from last May in Message Preview and I can't seem to delete it either. I've tried everything but it is still there..

You can mark them all going down the messages and then it will delete all you marked in one swoop.

The message preview doesn't have boxes, but I went and clicked on it anyway and viola it finally disappeared after all this time.

Just go into the messages and they will have the boxes.

Ok, not the best at this but click onto trash on left side, when it opens up click on what you want deleted for good and then hit the delete button up above and it will then ask if you want them gone for good. Click on yes and those will be gone. Then go back to your messages and try deleting them again. My guess is that you trash can is full and that is why it won't take anymore messages. Worth a try I guess.

well, I did something and it worked....sent a test message out!

When you go on the message board look at you left and it will have an option for inbox, click on that and all messages will appear, and they will have the box on the left of each message. Click on the box by the ones you want deleted and then go back up and at the top there will be a delete option and you click on that. and that should delete the marked ones. They look left and you should have the trash can option and click on that. Mark the ones that you just sent there and hit delete and then it will ask you if you want them gone permanently and hit yes. It then will say they are gone, and you hit ok.
