    Good Morning!

I am so glad I ran a few errands yesterday as the weather was perfect for it and the temp was mild enough that I did not feel like a frozen person when I got home. Filled up the gas tank as I knew the weather would change overnight.

It is snowing right now, dreary looking with the high of 38 and the low of 30 with a winter weather advisory in effect. As it warms up the snow will turn into rain and as the temp drops later tonight it will turn the roads into an icy mess. It is predicted that it will snow/rain all day into tomorrow.

Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, along with green beans, pickled beets and tapioca pudding with be dinner.

What sounds good for your dinner?

Heritic, rebel, a thing to flount,
He drew a circle that shut me out.
But love and I had the wit to win,
We drew a circle that took him in.

Our son, Charlie arrived in Adelaide today for a short visit. He's not staying with us so we won't see him until tomorrow. We are joining them for an early dinner tomorrow. Apparently Hannah loves Uncle Charlie... that doesn't surprise me at all.

John and I had a podiatry appointment this afternoon so our feet feel like we are walking on little clouds... *LOL* From there we went to a little shopping centre that we hadn't found before today. Other than Coles supermarket, I found a butcher, a baker and an Asian food takeaway... I had sushi for lunch and John made a sandwich with the fresh bakery bread. For dinner we had crumbed lamb cutlets with mashed potato and salad. I'll definitely go to that butchers again... the cutlets were amazing:

It’s been a real Pacific Northwest day today. Very cloudy, almost foggy at times and some light sprinkles. I’ve been semi-busy today, nothing too tiring, just trying to keep up with things. It’s hard to believe, today is my grandson Joshua’s birthday and he’s now f-f-40 years old! How in the world did that happen so fast? I’m so proud of him!

I’m going to make a Caesar salad with imitation crab in it and I might just make some garlic bread to go with it.
