January 31st Dinner Post

Good Morning!

Cold, cold and cold is the only way to describe the temperature this morning. A high of 24 and the low of 10 is not balmy weather. I feel for those that work outside, like the mail people that deliver the mail.

I think that comfort food is in order for dinner tonight so garlic shrimp over angerl hair pasts, salad, garlic bread and chocolate pudding cake will be dinner. No vampires here tonight!!

What will your dinner be this last day of January?

You got it LTB cold cold and cold. Was 12 when I got up. High 26 low 13. Comfort food for sure. I've played with either chili, taco soup or humble stew.

I posted in t&t. I posted it many yrs ago someone said they and family loved it and wiped it out before she got the potatos done. Lol.

I was very surprised when I opened the curtains this morning and let the dog and cat out to see a light dusting of snow on the ground. It didn’t last long and there wasn’t all that much of it, but it’s still something that surprises this former SoCal girl. Not much else happening today.

I’m going to finish up the garlic and mushroom chicken thighs and have some rice with it and a small salad.
