February 9th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is raining this morning along with wind gusting at 50 mph and the high of 62 and the low of 35. Yes, that is correct.

I am thinking hamburgers, baked beans, potato salad, deviled eggs and fruit salad for a summery dinner in the middle of winter.

What dinner will you be having tonight?

The rain stopped for now and it is sunny as can be. The little dog is sunning herself on the deck enjoying it while it lasts. I cant put them both out at the same time today because they play like baboons and dig holes when they are together. The yard is so suopy from the rain so I am not feeling them digging mudholes. I think the wind is supposed to come around 4 pm or so, but its better than snow.

Making instant pot spaghetti for hubs. I know I have a bottle of V8 around here somewhere I need to find. I always add a jar of sauce and a jar full of V8, its so yum!

Sunny. Temp has been falling all day. The wind is roaring with gusts 60mph. We started the day at 62 it's now 44
had appointment for taxes. I didn't plan ahead cause nothing sounds good so just going to do spaghetti.

It is raining here, so dull and icky out. I washed all my floors, getting ready for Kian to come over tmo!
I was going to make breaded veal cutlets but then DS texted to remind me that it's National Pizza Day. We are now having build your own naan bread pizza's for dinner.

Rain and wind gusts, nasty weather. I guess the sun is not bathing the land in all its glory today.

It’s been a nice day today, the views of the mountains were beautiful. I went to the dentist this morning, looks like that molar is a goner. They took scans and measurements and I have to take antibiotics for a week and then I’ll get the tooth extracted in 3 weeks and immediately get a partial for it. I’m not looking forward to it, but I’m not scared to get it done either.

I’m going to heat up some of the pork loin, brown rice and have some yellow squash with it.
