Thanks muzette...will have to try crock pot another time as it is too late in day for that now.

I make mine in the crockpot. Add chicken breast with a can of cream of something. When they are done I shred them up and put it back in the crockpot. I add the stuffing about 30 min before eating, the chicken has enough juice to moisten it up so just stir it all around and its done. Sometimes I add sour cream as well when I add the stuffing.

Chicken & Stuffing Casserole
I've been googling some recipes for chicken & stuffing casseroles. Who here has made one? Some recipes call for Stove Top made up before adding, others say to add dry. And for the chicken, some are chunks, some are whole breasts, tenderloins. Just wonder which you prefer. Currently thinking of making one with breasts, topped with cream of chicken soup/sour cream combo and not sure about stuffing......Tags: None
