February 25th Dinner Post

I wish it was but it isn't so will give the weather report and return later with whatever I am having for dinner.

The high of 41 and the low of 30 with snow on the ground that is melting so no big deal there.

Nothing major but will be back later.

we're having bubble & squeak. Got cabbage I need to use it or lose it.

I am still laying in bed with the dog reading. I’ve been up to make my pot of coffee but decided to grab a blanket and try to warm up a bit. I have yet to decide what to cook this evening. I am chilly so soup would probably be a good idea. I finished off my chili last night. Enjoy your day.

Ha rosie, I am making fried cabbage and smoked sausage with some carrots thrown in for good measure. Great minds I would say!!!!!

The wind has died down from yesterday that was so horrid into a clear sky and such mild weather.

I hate it when you have a situation that has an easy solution and dumbbells try turning it into a nightmare for their benefit so did the good old DIY myself and bingo, I am back in business.

It’s been cold and cloudy all day, there’s a chance of lowland snow in the next couple of days. I feel like I’m having some kind of seasonal allergy problem today, stuffy nose, itchy puffy eyes, that kind of thing, no clue what’s causing it though. I’ve been doing a few little tasks around the house, nothing too major.

I’m trying out a recipe for Cilantro Lime Chicken tonight. I’m hoping it tastes like the chicken in the Grill Packs I used to get at Fresh and Easy market. I’m having some cheesy refried beans and a salad with it.
