Good Morning!

It is a hazy cloud cover at the moment with rain moving in with the high of 46 and the low of 37.

Hamburgers, waffle fries, salad and banana, blueberries and strawberries will make up a fruit salad.

What are you having this Monday for your evening meal?

I had a million errands to run this morning but now the rest of the week is free. I even went to Goodwill this morning and got all the large stuffed animals I could find for them to tear apart. Best toys ever since they love smelling people all over them.

Making swiss steak tonight with bacon fried brussel sprouts.

Wow, weird weather day today. We got a little bit of snow last night, a little of it was still on the ground this morning. Then we had snow flurries that were really slushy and did more melting of what was there. Then it rained. Now it’s dry and all the snow is gone. Mother Nature is clearly off her meds! Mostly a quiet day otherwise. I do have to go out tomorrow, fingers crossed for a couple hours of sun.

I’m trying out a recipe I found on Spend With Pennies for Pierogi Casserole and I’m only making a half batch. I’ll probably have some fruit with it.
