    Good Morning!

It is foggy but will clear as the morning progresses into a partly sunny sky and with the high of 43 and the low of 33.

Dinner will either be scalloped potatoes with ham or potato soup with ham with sides. Tough decisions so early in the day.

What will be your dinner tonight?
Heritic, rebel, a thing to flount,
He drew a circle that shut me out.
But love and I had the wit to win,
We drew a circle that took him in.

Scalloped potatoes sound wonderful. I have been hanging with my dog pondering on dinner. I think I may need to fix that for my dinner.

        enjoy your day all

Busy day in the kitchen. I made a chicken stock from the little chicken we had the other day, made some new cookies...they are molasses maple, and my oh my are they divine! Makes a large batch - 72, so I was at it for awhile.
Dinner will be a dish morphed from a wee roast we had yesterday....onion/pepper/mushrooms/broccoli cooked in a bit of leftover gravy, added BBQ sauce and will serve it over rice.
A balanced diet is a cookie in both hands

I woke up to a snowy yard and some falling snow until about 11 am. It cleared up and warmed up some and now it’s almost all melted. I drove over to the west side of Camano Island this afternoon to meet up with a local artist to buy an oil painting that I fell in love with online. He and his wife were really nice and I’m very happy with the painting. I think I’ve figured out where I’m going to put it too, that’s the hardest part! My walls are covered with artwork.

I’m feeling lazy tonight…I’m going to throw some Buffalo wings in the air fryer and make a box of macaroni and cheese. Easy peasy!
