March 6th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is overcast at the present time with 50% of rain and some snow mixed in. The temperature will range from 56 for a high and 33 for a low.

I have all the meat I bought on Friday packaged, and in the freezer, as of yesterday morning and on the list for rotation and where it is in the freezer. I pulled out a roast yesterday so that will be dinner tonight along with potatoes, carrots and onions, and the last of the coconut cream pie.

What will you be having on this Monday evening?

I had a late lunch and don’t have a clue yet regarding dinner. Something light.

It’s been a pretty day today, mostly sunny but cool. I did the rest of the month’s bill paying this morning and made a quick trip to Grocery Outlet. I hadn’t been in there in awhile and I think they changed ownership, they really didn’t have much but I needed green onions and got those and some steelhead trout. I think I’ll go to the one in Mount Vernon in the future, it’s bigger and newer.

I’m trying out a recipe I saw on Mom On Time Out on Facebook for Hawaiian Chicken and Rice Casserole that sounded really good. It makes a lot but I plan on portioning it into vacuum seal bags and freezing them for future nights. I’ll post the recipe after dinner.
