March 11th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is overcast with the high of 33 and the low of 25 with snow later in the day.

I have leftovers of mac and cheese with ham so will add corn, salad and tapioca pudding that I also have leftover.

What will be your dinner?

Mac and cheese sounds great. I have no idea what to prepare. I might give your meal a thought and make Mac and cheese. I have ribs that I could fix as well.

It was cold and breezy with a little drizzle this morning but it’s a beautiful afternoon right now. One thing about PNW weather, if you don’t like it, wait a few minutes! I saw an ad last night for Del Fox Meats last night that they would have marinated and smoked tri-tip again today for $9.99 lb, and I had to go get one. I was the first one in the line this morning and by the time they started selling there were at least 30 people in line. The aroma was amazing! When I got back I reset the clocks in my car and my bedroom and I’ll do the others later this evening.

Guess what? I’m having tri-tip for dinner! I’m having sweet potato fries and some old fashioned green beans with bacon and onions that I cooked earlier this afternoon with it.
