  • March 17th Dinner Post

    Good Morning!

We have a cloak of clouds, rain, the high of 45 and then dropping for a low of 27 as a cold front moves in along with windy conditions.

I will be solo tonight so am pulling a small container of chili from the freezer and putting it over a baked potato and having a salad along with some fruit.

What will be your tasty dinner?
Heritic, rebel, a thing to flount,
He drew a circle that shut me out.
But love and I had the wit to win,
We drew a circle that took him in.

37 drizzly, gray and WINDY. "They" say high 54. I say no freakin way. Lol
well, I'm thinking of a bastardized version of chicken parm. I have 3 breast cutlets I breaded and fried for myself. IDK why but I just can't face them. Maybe I can disguise them with sauce and cheese

It’s another gorgeous day today, when I went to the grocery store and bank I could see the entire Olympic range across Puget Sound. Quite spectacular! After I got back I went out and cleaned up the dog mess in the back yard. Ick! https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/emojione/2.2.7/assets/svg/1f92e.svg I tried to pick up the gas grill but it’s too heavy. I was just going to give it away but it got so badly damaged that I’m just going to scrap it. My big smoker stayed upright but not the grill, but then I never used the grill anyway.

I am making something green for dinner, what with it being St. Patrick’s Day and all, but it’s not Irish. I’m making Peruvian chicken, rice and cilantro soup (AGUADITO DE POLLO) and I’m going to have a couple of warm flour tortillas with it.
