    Good Morning!

The blue sky was a perfect backdrop for a very large woodpecker followed by a flock of geese in formation flying overhead. The sun is shining after a day of rain and wind, so it is a lovely sight. That will change as the day stays cold with a high of 29 and the low of 23. Snow will move in later this evening and by Sunday we are predicted 2-4 inches but in the snowbelt 5 inches. Lucky us.

Still solo so will make toast with peanut butter and a orange.

What will be your Saturday dinner?
Heritic, rebel, a thing to flount,
He drew a circle that shut me out.
But love and I had the wit to win,
We drew a circle that took him in.

Didn't do very much today... sent a couple of emails that were long overdue and that's about it. It was a flat day for both of us.

Dinner tonight was the same for both of us: chicken, mashed potato/sweet potato, carrot and peas. It was ok... nothing fancy. If it's cooler tomorrow I'll put more effort into dinner.

Effort only fully releases its rewards after a person refuses to quit.

I just put a pot roast in my slow cooker for Mississippi pot roast. This is a busy day for my family My daughter and her husband are trying to get a flight out of Vegas asap. New Granddaughter decided to come early. My whole family is like a zoo today. My son is returning from an east coast trip.

anyway Kelsey has her husband and sister with her and her Aunt will be at the hospital soon.

We lounged around in bed half the day being lazy bums. It was so relaxing. Hubs had to pick up materials to drop at a job site tomorrow morning so I tagged along. We stopped for pizza and a few beers. I am not a beer drinker but it hit the spot today.

It’s another beautiful day today, our temperatures have been in the low 60’s for the first time this year. I got up early this morning because I knew Jeremy was going to be here early to do the yard. It looks so much better now, and a big bonus, he fixed the downed panel on my backyard fence too! That will definitely help keep it together so I don’t have to get a new fence for a couple more years.

I’m going to make a Shake and Bake pork chop and have some Stovetop Stuffing and some mixed vegetables with it.
