Good Morning!

it is raining, dark out, windy with gusts possible of up to 60 mph along with the high of 63 and the low of 35.

I made creamed tuna with peas over toast yesterday for lunch and as I am solo tonight and have some leftover that will be dinner along with a dish of applesauce.

What direction are you heading for food for your dinner?

Sunny 50° the wind is crazy. 60 mph gust. High 53 low 35
going to mince up some roast (cause we aren't very good at chewing yet) it will become beef manhattans.

Ugh, its a blustery winter wonderland out there today. I had a weather alert on my phone stating that hydro outages may occur in our area.Will plan something quick for dinner just incase. Our DS and DIL and Keeks are hanging out at the cottage this wknd, so we are going to go have a visit with them there for a few hours.

Cool and cloudy today, temperatures have been in the mid 40’s. Not a lot going on, just doing the usual stuff all day.

I’m trying out a recipe for an easy one pot meal, Bacon Cheeseburger Rice and I’ll have some fruit on the side. If it comes out good I’ll post it later.
