March 30th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

Wow, the snow really fell hard and fast yesterday afternoon and evening. We got about 4-5 inches in about2-3 hours, and it was blowing sideways as it came down. The sky is cloudless making the snow sparkle like thousands of diamonds.

The high will be 44 and the low of 37 but is cold and in the 20's at the moment.

I have made pancakes and French toast, fried some sausage and baked some bacon this morning and will freeze it as soon as everything cools. I am keeping out some of each item so that will be dinner along with fruit.

Please share what you will be having.

I am still clueless on what to cook. I was going to do a pork loin but that will be tomorrow. Likely I will fix egg salad and make a small sandwich. My appetite is shot any more.

Beautiful sunny day high 58 low 23.
I'm out of leftovers & don't want to cook found pork and dressing in the freezer so giving Joe that. Sister brought tuna /mac salad today so I'll eat that w/ town house crackers. If we want a sweetie later it's going to be cottage cheese and pears

It’s kind of a gray and cloudy day today. Not much happening so far, but I’m leaving shortly to go to a Meet Up book club gathering on the west side of Camano Island. I wish it was clearer today because the views on that side are spectacular. There are frequent orca sightings in the channel between Camano Island and Whidbey Island.

Not sure what dinner will be, it’s whatever is at book club.
