April 11th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is another glorious morning with the sun shining in a mostly sunny sky. It will be a high of 70 and the low of 55 with the wind picking up as the day progresses.

Ham salad sandwiches, applesauce from the freezer and fruit over ice cream per DGS asking for it.

It's a beautiful warm morning, sooo many birds are out at the feeders I will have to take them down soon tho, as the bears will be coming around pretty soon. Time to get the hummingbird feeders out.
We are still finishing up all the leftover Easter dinner fixin's today for lunch we will have turkey salad sandwiches, then rest will go in freezer.
Tonight's dinner will be BBQ steaks, grilled asparagus and baked potato, thanks to DS!

going to make a taco casserole, and a banana split dessert.

This afternoon it’s really pretty out, unlike this morning when it was raining like crazy. Oh well, if you don’t the the weather in the PNW, wait a few minutes and it’ll change. It doesn’t bother me, I knew what it was like before we moved up here. I’ve been doing some things around the house and did my elliptical and got some reading done.

I’m going to chop up some tri-tip and use it in a bag of chopped elote salad for a tasty dinner tonight.

Quiet day at my house. Tonight I peeled hard boiled eggs and made an egg salad sandwich. It wasn’t bad but I will likely cook tomorrow. Maybe a small pot of gumbo or vegetable soup.
